CHILI (Serves 4)
    what you'll need:
  • 1 pound 90%-lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 package chili seasoning
  • 1 16-ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato juice

1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef for 3 or 4 minutes, or until no longer pink.

2. Drain the fat.

3. Raise the heat to high and stir in water,
chili seasoning, tomatoes (with juice),
beans (with liquid), and tomato juice.

4. Heat to boiling.

5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 20 minutes.
